Can I order only one print?
Yes, There is a "one-time" $150.00 artwork fee and then you can order just one 8x10 or 5x7. See price list for pricing.
Will I get to see a proof of my portrait?
We do not provide proofs for approval. Once your portrait is completed, many hours are invested into it and there is little to no room for any changes. We will send an e-mail proof, upon request, for anyone considering ordering invitations or thank you cards for the purpose of proceeding with that order but not for the purpose of making changes. It is our hope that the samples in our photo galleries will give you the confidence to trust our artistry.
Do the pictures I send you for a Wedding Portrait have to be the same size?
No. You can send a 5x7 photo of the girl and a wallet of the boy. We will resize the faces.
Can I send you a copy of my photo rather than sending my only original?
It is best to send the original. We cannot work off of colored Xerox copies or computer printed copies and many times reprints lose quality which will affect your portrait. You may also send the photo via e-mail but it must be a good quality scan.
Can I choose the background used for my portrait?
No. There are many factors involved when creating these portraits ranging from ages of children to body sizes and head angles. We choose the pose best suited to the photos you provide. We ask that you fill out the preference form which will give us an idea of what you like best and we will do our best to accommodate those preferences.
How long before I receive my portrait?
If you are ordering a portrait package, programs, or menus please allow 4-6 weeks. Please add 2-3 weeks for invitations or thank you cards. If you need your prints sooner, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our preference is for you to order 3 months or more in advance of your wedding date OR for Invitations - 3 months prior to the date you plan to mail them.
Will I receive my original photo(s) back?
Yes. Picture Yourself Graphics is not responsible for lost or damaged photos though every effort will be made to return your original photos in the condition received.
Can I order extra copies or wedding programs at a later date?
Yes, you may order extra copies, additional favors, place cards, thank you cards, wedding programs or menus at any time.
